1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any course, certification, workshop, coaching program, membership, event, digital resource, downloadable material, or related educational offering (collectively, the "AMT Programs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The AMT Programs are owned and operated by Advanced Movement Therapist Inc. ("AMT", "we", "our", or "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not access or use any AMT Program.


2. License to Use Content

Enrollment in an AMT Program grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materials for your personal professional development.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, educational content, systems, methodologies, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

You may not:

  • Share, transfer, sell, sublicense, or distribute your course access.
  • Share login credentials with another individual.
  • Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit AMT content.
  • Upload AMT materials to websites, cloud storage platforms, learning management systems, social media platforms, forums, or file-sharing services.
  • Use AMT content to create competing courses, certifications, educational products, software, or services.
  • Teach, certify, present, or deliver AMT methodologies, frameworks, systems, or educational content without written authorization from Advanced Movement Therapist Inc.
  • Record, reproduce, distribute, or share live workshops, mentorship calls, cohort sessions, or event recordings.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.


3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the AMT Programs remain exclusively owned by Advanced Movement Therapist Inc.

Protected intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:

  • AMT® Certification Programs
  • SAM Scan™
  • Assessment frameworks
  • Clinical algorithms
  • Treatment systems
  • Decision-making models
  • Educational methodologies
  • Manuals and workbooks
  • Videos and recordings
  • Presentations and graphics
  • Templates and worksheets
  • Downloadable resources
  • Coaching and mentorship materials
  • Software applications
  • Artificial intelligence tools
  • Future educational products and technologies
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding assets

No ownership, partnership, licensing rights, commercialization rights, or intellectual property rights are transferred through enrollment, certification, purchase, or participation in any AMT Program.


4. Trademarks

AMT®, Advanced Movement Therapist®, SAM Scan™, and all related names, logos, systems, frameworks, methodologies, branding elements, and proprietary educational materials are trademarks or intellectual property owned by Advanced Movement Therapist Inc.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, modification, or representation of any AMT intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Nothing contained within the AMT Programs grants any license or right to use AMT trademarks, branding, methodologies, or proprietary systems without prior written consent.


5. Educational Purposes Only

AMT Programs are provided solely for educational and professional development purposes.

The information presented within AMT Programs does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, legal advice, or professional healthcare services.

Participants are responsible for exercising independent clinical judgment and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards within their jurisdiction.


6. Certification Disclaimer

Completion of an AMT Program or Certification does not grant licensure, professional designation, or authorization to practice any regulated healthcare profession.

Participants remain solely responsible for ensuring that any techniques, assessments, interventions, or recommendations are performed within their legally permitted scope of practice.


7. No Guarantee of Results

AMT Programs are designed to provide educational frameworks, systems, and tools intended to improve professional knowledge and clinical reasoning.

Individual outcomes will vary based on education, experience, implementation, effort, patient presentation, professional judgment, and numerous other factors.

Advanced Movement Therapist Inc. makes no guarantees regarding clinical outcomes, patient results, professional advancement, business growth, income, or financial performance.


8. Artificial Intelligence and Technology Restrictions

AMT content may not be used to train, develop, improve, fine-tune, or support any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, software platform, educational technology, automation tool, or competing product without prior written permission from Advanced Movement Therapist Inc.

This restriction applies to all current and future AMT®, SAM Scan™, assessment frameworks, certification programs, software applications, educational resources, and intellectual property.


9. Course Updates and Modifications

Advanced Movement Therapist Inc. continually improves and evolves its educational offerings.

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, expand, remove, or discontinue any portion of the AMT Programs, including:

  • Course modules
  • Videos
  • Manuals
  • Downloads
  • Templates
  • Bonuses
  • Certification requirements
  • Technology platforms
  • Coaching and mentorship offerings
  • Software tools and applications

Such changes may occur without prior notice.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Movement Therapist Inc., its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in or use of any AMT Program.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Clinical decisions
  • Patient outcomes
  • Business losses
  • Lost profits
  • Professional liability claims
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Technology failures

Participation in AMT Programs is undertaken at the participant's own risk.


11. Termination of Access

Advanced Movement Therapist Inc. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any AMT Program without refund if a participant:

  • Violates these Terms of Use.
  • Shares course access or content.
  • Infringes upon AMT intellectual property.
  • Misrepresents certification status.
  • Uses AMT content in an unauthorized manner.
  • Engages in conduct that harms the AMT community, brand, instructors, or participants.

12. Third-Party Links and Resources

AMT Programs may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.

Advanced Movement Therapist Inc. is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of any third-party resource and assumes no liability arising from their use.


13. Changes to These Terms

Advanced Movement Therapist Inc. reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time.

Continued use of any AMT Program following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.


14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or the AMT Programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
